If a monthly payment is missed or the subscription is cancelled, hosting and all associated services will be suspended until the outstanding balance is settled.

All your website files, content, and data are securely backed up. In the event of suspension, your data is retained for up to 30 days, giving you ample time to reactivate or migrate.

Starter websites typically take 7–10 business days. Professional packages take 10–14 days, and Enterprise projects 14–21 days. Timeline depends on how quickly you provide content and feedback.

Do you offer payment in instalments? +

Yes! We offer a 50% upfront / 50% on delivery payment structure for all projects. For Enterprise plans, we can arrange 3-instalment payment schedules. Contact us to discuss.

What if I need changes after the project is delivered? +

All plans include a post-launch support window (1–6 months depending on plan) during which we fix any bugs or make minor adjustments. After that, you can purchase a maintenance add-on or hire us per-project.

Will my website rank on Google? +

All our websites include foundational SEO (meta tags, structured data, sitemap, fast loading). For strong Google rankings, we recommend our ongoing SEO add-on. SEO is a long-term process and results depend on competition and content.

Do you provide hosting and domain? +

We don't include hosting in our packages but we'll help you set everything up on your preferred platform (Hostinger, Bluehost, etc.). We recommend providers based on your budget and traffic expectations.

Can I upgrade my plan later? +

Absolutely. Many clients start with the Starter plan and upgrade as their business grows. We'll credit a portion of your initial investment towards the upgrade.
